we had a pleasant experience at the sudima. the location was perfect for our needs, especially since we attended a training course nearby. the room was tidy and had everything we required, including a comfortable bed and fluffy towels. we appreciated the convenience of the bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area.
Not ideal for holiday stays. 😕.

Beautifully designed accommodation with incredible setting really close to shops and good restaurants, and the town center. Marvellous room and tidy, with a safe box, central heating, and an iron. A perfect bed and a big bathroom. Perfect stay, as always.

For over $600 a night, I expected better service. The front desk claimed they didn't provide slippers for 'sustainability,' but I found out later it was just a cost-cutting excuse. So frustrating!

Great location with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere, especially by the cozy fire. Staff were friendly, though a bit uncooperative at times. Enjoyed the tasty buffet breakfast and the kids loved the kids club. A solid choice for a stay!

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Queenstown. Beautifully decorated and functional hotel, the idea of having a twin room was great. It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with great TV and very comfortable beds and the view of the Remarkables and that went well. The location was favourable and excellent, at a medium distance from Alpine Aqualand

review: The Superior Twin Room was spacious and well-organized, making it a pleasant place to relax. The Alexa device added a modern touch, making media streaming easy, and the spacious bathroom had quality soaps in large bottles, which I greatly appreciated. Though the underground carpark was a hassle, the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-06-20}

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is super close to the airport, which made my travel plans a breeze. My room was clean and comfy with a beautiful mountain view, and the breakfast spread was delicious! The staff were really attentive and friendly, making my business trip feel a bit more like a getaway.
On the downside, I found the fridge in my room didn’t chill as well as I hoped, and the trash can was pretty tiny—definitely needed an upgrade. It would also be nice if there were more breakfast options for longer stays. though, a solid experience!

I was eager to visit Lake Johnson during my trip to Queenstown, and the proximity of the Sudima made it an ideal choice. The hotel’s location not only provided easy access to this beautiful landmark, but it also surprised me with its excellent onsite restaurant, Podium, which serves good Modern European cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the à la carte breakfast, setting the perfect tone for my day. The free WiFi throughout the hotel was an added bonus, making it easy to share my experiences with friends and family.
We were surprised to find out that slippers were not provided, supposedly due to sustainability reasons, yet not all guests were informed of this policy.

We enjoyed our stay here while exploring the local attractions, and the location was a big plus for us. Being just a short walk away from Countdown Queenstown for groceries made it convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and having the option to park close to the hotel was a huge relief. We found that the lack of a microwave in our room was a bit awkward, especially for families like ours. It was a positive experience, and the value for money was impressive.

Shower hose broken. Lack of a makeup mirror and poor lighting made it tough to get ready. Only minimal hot drink sachets provided, though four cups placed in the room. Housekeeping service was delayed until the end of the day, with a noticeable mess under the bed, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Road noise and disturbances from neighboring rooms made it difficult to relax at times.

My family and I had a fantastic stay with amazing mountain views and super comfy beds that seemed like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was genuinely friendly, and the location was perfect for quick access to shops and the airport.
The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.
